Teeny Tiny Wishes - Seize The Sketch

Something bright and cheery is perfect on a bit of a gloomy day, don't you think?
That's why I've got this card today -
Oh, and also to enter into the Seize the Sketch Challenge.
It's going to my uncle who just had a stent procedure done yesterday to
 correct an artery blockage.
When I went outside to snap the picture, I startled a rabbit who began to head to our
woods, but then stopped completely (as if it thought then I wouldn't see it).
The rabbits don't bother me this year since I don't have any vegetables planted.
See it?

Here's the great sketch from Seize the Sketch.

And that little rabbit stayed until I was done taking all my pictures - can you see it
in the right background of this shot here?  Silly rabbit!!

What I used:
Stamps - Blended Bloom (#135906); Teeny Tiny Wishes (#115370)
Ink - StazOn Jet Black; Melon Mambo (#126948)
Card Stock - Crushed Curry (#131199); Whisper White; Brights Designer Series Paper Stack (#130134); Pumpkin Pie
Blendabilities Markers (#130997 and #130998)

Thanks so much for stopping by  ~~ Happy Stampin' and Scrappin'!

  2. Really well balanced card! The envelope is a nice touch too!

  3. Great job coloring on your flower! Its a beautiful card.

    1. Thanks, Denise. I was practicing coloring and blending the inks on that flower and then had it sitting on my craft desk for about a week and a half before I was able to find it a home on this card! So glad it worked out.

  4. So beautiful! The big blossom looks gorgeous! Thanks for joining along with Seize the Sketch! Please feel free to visit my blog:
