AAA Card Challenge - Triple Play

It's a Triple Play!  I'm not talking baseball here . . .
we're launching a fabulous new challenge site
that has some terrific prizes!
The first challenge is a Triple Play
where you have three (3) items to use on your card.
You can enter up to 3 times with different
cards and play as many other
challenges as you like.
You're gonna love playing.
Here's my first go . . .
And here's my second . . .
For the first card, I stamped my leaf images
with VersaMark and then heat embossed
using a Clear Embossing Powder.
Since the card stock was Whisper White,
using my brayer to add layers of color,
the embossed images remained a clean white.
I began with the Daffodil Delight for a sun in one corner,
and then layered in gradual colors of lighter to
darker blue.
The medallion is a Night of Navy and
embossed with a glittery powder.
Then the Happy Day was stamped on,
a banner cut out and adhered to the card.
It's a cheery card, good for any occasion.
I'm so happy it's finally spring!!!  WooHoo!

The second card has a gigantic Thank You
stamped with VersaMark.

I love this technique of combining almost
 equal parts Early Espresso Embossing
Powder and Gold Glitter!
The sentiment was heat embossed and the
Gold Glitter just melts right in
with the Early Espresso Powder.
It sparkles so beautifully -
really the pictures doesn't do it any justice.
I reach for the Crumb Cake card stock
as a card base over and over.  So versatile.
For that second layer, "You Make Me Happy" was stamped
with Cajun Craze, cut out, and adhered.

Cajun Craze Candy Dots are the only
embellishments (besides that glittering Thank You).
It's a great card for a guy or gal.
Clean and Simple all the way!
Come see the other cards at
and play along!
I'm really looking forward to seeing what you create.
Thanks for stopping by ~~ Happy Stampin' and Scrappin'!
