Watercolor Technique - Used

to use and created these thank-you cards
that I gave to my parents to use.
My dad just had knee replacement surgery
and will probably have a few thank-you
cards needing to be sent out when
he's feeling better.
I spent most of Wednesday and Thursday
of this week with them,
trying my best to help them out.

I tried to keep a "springy" feel with pastel
markers on the acrylic block
and then spritzed with water.
The end result was just beautiful. OOoooooo!

And then I used a darker set of markers.
Which do you like better?
I made six of the cards and also had
matching envelopes.
The base card stock is Very Vanilla,
as well as the envelopes.
The black ink is the Black StazOn.
Floral Flourishes is the larger stamp image stamp set,
as well as what was used on the envelopes, and the Photopolymer Another Thank You stamp set
was used for the sentiment.

Hope my dad keeps getting better.
