What do you think about deconstruction and the latest craze of distressed looks?
Personally, I love it. I love to distress things and make them look old and grungy - especially cards!
When I saw the Signs of Distress challenge for the Cute Card Thursday, I had to get in on it.
Even the inside of the card got in on the distressed action . . .
What could be more fun than that?
Well, I got super lucky and the RetroSketches challenge was absolutely perfect for the Tape It stamp set. I love this stamp set since it looks just like Washi Tape.
WhooHoo! Pay dirt! Love this sketch.
It's been the perfect start to the week. And it's a card that can truly be for a guy or gal. I was told by my men in the house that it's not at all "girly". Finally!
I've been trying to make a card that was "guy-approved" for a while here.
So there we go. Two challenges - one card. Please be sure to check out the other fantastic cards at these challenges.
